Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Within Canada Only
We currently ship our products exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs:
● Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
● Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the delivery location, and the weight of the items purchased.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Clean Market Bag Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Clean Market Bag, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
● The item must be unused and in its original condition.
● The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at info@cleanmarketbag.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@cleanmarketbag.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including gift cards, promotional items, and any items marked as final sale. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cleanmarketbag.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If your order has shipped, you may need to initiate a return following our standard return policy.
